Amouri wants you to be entirely satisfied with your stationery, and so we ask that you give us as much notice as possible when placing your order. Generally we need at least 8-12 weeks notice, but we'll always do our best to accommodate your needs wherever possible. Due to the complexities and number of variations involved in producing your personalised wedding stationery, we are unable to incorporate an online add to basket facility, but instead, simply follow this simple order process ...

The Order Process:
Step One – Sample
We always suggest your first priority is to order your chosen samples via the Online Order Samples Pages. We aim to dispatch your sample pack within 2 weeks (subject to availibility) of you placing your order. Your sample pack will contain your chosen invitation sample(s) excluding envelope, discount voucher, an order information form, order form, and a comprehensive price list. Don't forget that if you choose to place an order, any money spent on samples (upto a maximum of £15) will be reimbursed against your order value.

Step Two - Order
If you’re happy with your chosen design and wish to place an order with us, simply complete the order form as fully as possible and return your completed Order Form to Amouri, together with 50% of the total order value (including Delivery Charges). To avoid disappointment, we would urge you to do this as soon as possible as unfortunately, work will not begin on your stationery until we have received your deposit.

Step Three – Proof Reading
A full set of proofs (where information has been supplied), an Order Agreement Form, and your invoice will be sent to you within approximately 2 weeks of receiving your deposit. The order agreement form will need to be read and signed for approval before further work begins. If any amendments to the original proofs need to be made, and additional proofs sent to you, this will of course be free of charge.

Step Four - Payment
Once you are happy with the final proofs, we would ask that you sign the Order Agreement Form and send the remaining payment. We recommend that you order all of your stationery at once (e.g. order of service, menus, table names etc.) so that we can secure your preferred slot in our diary.
Step Five - Order Completion
We are aware that you may not have all the details required at the time of placing your order but would ask you to complete the official order form as fully as possible from the outset as we cannot accept any responsibility for errors otherwise. Outstanding information should then be forwarded by email or by post as soon as possible to allow us to complete your order. We will aim to complete your order (subject to information being available from you and time of year) within 6–8 weeks of receiving the final payment. Please let us know if you need your order sooner as a faster turnaround may be possible.
We always advise ordering a few extra invitations, just in case you make any mistakes whilst writing them. Also, it may be beneficial to have a few extra on hand for anyone you might have inadvertently 'forgotten', extra guests and also keepsakes!
